Born and raised in Arizona, Dale Eske built a career shaped by integrity, discipline, and a commitment to public service. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University in 1993, he spent six years in law enforcement—an experience that sharpened his investigative mindset and laid the foundation for his future specialization in fraud detection and financial integrity. He later returned to NAU to complete both an MBA in 2002 and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2003, combining analytical rigor with business strategy to prepare for a long and successful career in the financial profession.
Over the next 24 years, Dale developed extensive expertise across the accounting landscape. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), he specializes in forensic accounting, fraud investigations, internal controls, process improvement, and project-based accounting support. His expertise includes public company audits, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, accounting and payroll system implementations, process documentation, and full-cycle accounting. He has also shared his expertise as an adjunct professor for Maricopa Community Colleges, helping prepare the next generation of accounting professionals.
An Arizona native, Dale has been married to his beautiful wife for 29 years and is the proud father of three grown children.
